I don't know.
My gastrocnemius HURTS!
I over used it.
For three whole weeks, I haven't had any rest from sports.
Not even for a day.
Just a few hours.
It hurt this morning.
And it deteriorate after netball.
And then after running today, I can now feel the pain.
And it is excruciating.
I'm not exaggerating.
Not only my calves hurt. -.-'
My LEGS.
I mean hamstrings, quadriceps, and gluteus maximus.
RIGHT.
ANATOMY!

I don't think they'll recover for cross country.
